We need volunteers for the Scottish Highland Park Games on January 16th and 17th.
Contact the officers if you would like to sit in the park and discuss Freemasonry with potential new brothers.

Greetings and Happy 2010 New Year.
Thank you for your confidence in me electing me your new Secretary.
I follow a great Person, Father, Husband, Role Model, a Man of God, and an outstanding Mason, John Bukoski.
John, Lois, and Glen Avery have graciously been assisting me as I learn all of my new duties.
I greatly appreciate their help and look forward to working with them.
A new year brings different roles for all the officers (except our Treasurer Right Worshipful Chet King).
My main goal is to continue the tradition of a solid business platform for the Winter Park Lodge.
This will help our officers and members to better perform their duties, and ensure many more years for the Winter Park Masonic Lodge.
I am currently working with our Treasurer, Chet King to automate our finances. Brother Hector DeJesus provided us with a friend who donated much needed computer consultant service in updating our new computer, for free. The automation process will take several months to complete.
Please pay your dues, we need your financial contribution to help continue our service to the community.
As Librarian I am asking that you might donate Masonic Books to our Lodge. I am also looking for Winter Park History to put in our Library.

Brothers,
I would like to thank all of you for putting your faith in my ability to discharge the duties of Junior Warden.
I know I have big shoes to fill. However, I vow that no matter how challenging we will not return to the year of the Hot Dog.
January will be a busy month, along with installations and our meetings, we will have a booth at the Scottish Games at Highland Park on January 16th and 17th.
Anybody who can help by volunteering is urged to do so. This is a great opportunity to promote the Craft and our lodge, for your convenience a signup sheet is posted on WPL's Facebook page.
Additionally, January 30 is the DDGM's homecoming. Please be sure to plan to be there to support Chet and buy your tickets early!
Wishing all of you and your families a safe, happy and prosperous new year.
Al Stearns, Junior Warden

This is a great time to become active at Winter Park Lodge.
We are starting a variety of programs to help new members find their place in Masonry.
We are looking for people to help out in the kitchen, become conductors and mentor new brothers.
But we need members to participate. You don’t have to have special knowledge or a Masonic pedigree.
If you want to meet Brothers, if you want to build a better fraternity, and if you want to be proud of your Masonic affiliation, come on out to the lodge and see what’s new.
Winter Park 239 is your lodge.
Chris Chag, Senior Warden
