Are you a Freemason? If you are, you received the three symbolic degrees of Freemasonry. Brothers took time to give you those degrees. Petitions continue to come into the lodge and we will be busy conferring degrees in September. We will have a Fellow Craft degree on September 1st and an Entered Apprentice degree on September 15th. We will also have a Master Mason degree coming up. These degrees require time to practice and more importantly people to participate. Please join us in taking time to make these degrees the best that Winter Park can do. You will not only become more confident in the degree work, but you will definitely enjoy the fellowship that comes with spending time with your brothers.
Also, by the power vested in me, I declare August 25th to be our Cheeseburger in Paradise dinner meeting. I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and French fried potatoes. (Yours may differ.) It is yet another promising meal in my Heart-Healthy program for 2009. So sail into port and get what you need. Tropical attire is strongly encouraged. (I mean Hawaiian shirts and Panama hats. No Speedos.)
